I was born in Caracas, Venezuela and I have lived out of Caracas most of my life. I first moved to Maracay, Aragua state, with my parents and siblings where I finished my elementary and secondary education, and where I did my art studies at the Visual Arts Rafael Monasterios School (visit website here: http://eav-rmonasterios.gob.ve/escuela/).
I will never forget what I was taught there:
Art is part of our lives.
Art is in our eyes and brains.
Art comes out through our hands.
Everyone needs to express the art in their hearts.
Some of my hobbies include sculpting and drawing (two of my favorite art strands), teaching and learning languages (I speak Spanish, English, French; I'm learning Mandarin Chinese, Korean, Portuguese), listening to music (I only like music with healthy messages), dancing and singing (I'm a freelance singer).
